Spencer Kass

Lead Trainer & Owner

With our company and family roots coming straight from Spencer himself, we trust the process and the foundation with more than experience and education; but the love of what he believes in and the results in which he produces. This can only be made possible through our personal approach, taking each individual dog into our family as if they were our own. 

With an advanced educational background, and a life of hands on learning; Spencer takes pride in applying such an acquired knowledge to each individual client that comes through the program.

Quick overview of his background: 

Spencer grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and came down to the University of Arkansas. As he progressed through college, he met the right professors to let him focus on Animal Psychology, Neuropsychology and Communication Theories to work toward his own route in life as an Animal Behaviorist. During college Spencer worked with several different Veterinarian clinics, which is how he met his partner Jazmin. Before graduating, Spencer decided to plant his own family roots here in NWA. By providing a unique Psychological and Behavioral approach to his work, he’s able to offer one of the most comprehensive and advanced training programs in the south.

With clients spanning from Seattle to Detroit to Houston and many other cities across the country, he continues to take pride in the referrals and word of mouth that make our training as unique as it is.

Jazmin Chiang 

The heart of our Family and our Company

All the behind the scene work has to go to Jazmin…she is our rise and shine daily grinder that makes this whole process possible. From the paperwork to the extra loving’s and caretaking of the board and train pups, Jazmin does it all. She also brings 9 years of Veterinarian Nurse experience, so her educational insight is invaluable.

The dogs love her, clients love her; and to say the least, Jazmin is the backbone to the whole process. We are so happy to offer her family-first approach to each and every one of our clients!
