Spencer Kass

Lead Trainer & Owner

With our company and family roots coming straight from Spencer himself, we trust the process and the foundation with more than experience and education; but the love of what he believes in and the results in which he produces. This can only be made possible through our personal approach, taking each individual dog into our family as if they were our own. 

With an advanced educational background, and a life of hands on learning passed down from his grandparents; Spencer takes pride in applying such an acquired knowledge to each individual client that comes through the program.

Quick overview of his background: 

Spencer grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin, in which his grandparents were one the first individuals to pioneer the large addition of police canines into the Wisconsin Police Departments. With doing so, they directly imported multiple bloodlines into all of Wisconsin and further spread out cities and states. Today there are still dogs named after the Kass process and advancement. 

As life advanced, Spencer came down to the University of Arkansas to take a different route in life, not knowing that what you are born to do always comes around in the end. As he progressed through college, he met the right professors to let him focus on Animal Psychology, Neuropsychology and Communication Theories to work toward his own route in life as an Animal Behaviorist. During college Spencer worked with several different Veterinarian clinics, which is how he met his partner Jazmin. Speeding forward in life, as Jazmin was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Spencer decided to plant his own family roots here in NWA. Opening up his family heritage and offering his unique Psychological and Behavioral approach to the people of Arkansas and surrounding states. With that, he takes pride in providing one of the most comprehensive and advanced training programs in the south. 

With clients coming from all over the US, he opens up his home to more than just a client’s dog(s), but the hospitality to his clients that make the trip from close and far distances away. 

To sum it up, his best quote to explain how our methodology originates is that “it all stems from 60% hands on experience, and 40% educational theories in which results prove theories and experience proves results.”

Jazmin Chiang 

Office Manager & K9 Caretaker

All the behind the scene work has to go to Jazmin…she is our rise and shine daily grinder that makes this whole process possible. If you have ever wondered how everything comes together as a smooth process; Jazmin is the reason. From all the paperwork, scheduling, extra loving’s to the board & train pups, caretaking, etc…she does it all. Providing another dimension to our team, she is also a Veterinarian Nurse that we have on hand for continuous educational insight. 

The dogs love her, clients love her; and to say the least, Jazmin is the backbone to the whole process. We are so happy to offer her family-first approach to each and every one of our clients!
